Shipping & Returns
We offer complimentary standard shipping to the Australia and New Zealand. If you are located outside of these regions, please contact us for shipping options.

Please note we do not ship to PO boxes at this time.
Product prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties set by your destination country, unless otherwise stated.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
All orders placed before 12pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on Friday (after 12pm AEST), Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday in Australia will be processed and dispatched the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an order dispatch email with your Australia Post tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update on the Australia Post website. Alternatively, please quote the tracking number on the Australia Post website, here.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept a return within 14-days of delivery, providing that:
- Products are unopened, unused and in original condition with all packaging intact,
- Proof of purchase is included, and
- If products are purchased as a part of a package or promotion, all products included in the package or promotion must be returned to us in their original condition.
To make a return, fill out the form on our Contact Page to obtain a Returns Authorisation number. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Valid returns will receive a refund to the original payment method.
Please note YORA is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with a return. If a return has not been authorised or does not adhere to the above it will not be eligible for a return and will be sent back to the original shipping address.
In the unlikely event that your order includes damaged, incorrect or missing product/s please contact us within 48 hours.
